It is a polymer based center sandwiched between 2 sheets of aluminum providing the ultimate finish on any Trailer, Garage or RV. This sheet is a superior look and finish compared to the standard aluminum skin sheet used on Trailers today. The 2mm thickness provides plenty of rigidity while keeping the material from buckling like standard aluminum. Our painted metal is coated with a protective layer from the painting process that keeps the aluminum safer from the elements. The painted aluminum is also less prone to scratching due to its protective layer. Application: 49" is used on cargo trailers and other projects such as garages so the extra inch over 48" can be used to overlap the next sheet so the process is streamline and helps strengthen the sheets and their application.
